400 Calories, 45g Carbs, 3g Fat, 60g Protein
Ingredients:
Nature’s Own – Life Honey Wheat, 4 slices (45 g / 1.6 0z)
Precision Engineered – Whey Protein Isolate (Chocolate), 1 Scoop (37g)
Silk – Almond Milk Light, 2 fluid ounce
Lucerne farms – Liquid eggs, 6 fluid ounce
Archer Farms – Ground Cinnamon
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter – Spray
Walden Farms – Pancake Syrup
Directions:
- Preheat a stove top pan on medium heat. Spray your pan with some non-stick cooking spray.
- To make the batter: Pour the Almond Milk into a shaker cup. Then mix the Liquid egg whites into the shaker cup as well. Grab your cinnamon and pour a lot in because you want to make sure each toast has enough to be covered. Add in 1 scoop of protein, close the top and shake it up!
- Next you want to pour your batter into a large bowl. Grab 4 slices of bread, and dip both sides into the batter and place it on the pan. Try to keep it away from the other sides so they don’t stick together.
- After each side is placed on the pan, pour the remainder of the batter on each slice. Once both sides are golden, go ahead and spray some I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray to your liking and also pour some Walden Farms Zero Calories Pancake Syrup and enjoy!
